We really wanted our recently purchased TV to be working for the Wimbledon tennis, having found that our very old aerial was no longer functioning. The engineer, Chris, surveyed the situation and worked out how the new cabling could be routed to provide two new plug-in points where we wanted them. In spite of having a very full workload Lasyl managed to fit us in to do the work late on the Saturday afternoon before Wimbledon.
Their two-man team arrived on the dot at 4pm, and with no fuss took down the old aerial, fitted a modern new one and not only fixed the two lines as agreed but also provided two further connections to the old plug-in points, which were in different rooms. The work was duly completed in the 2 hours allotted. The team were extremely helpful and polite throughout.
